Webmaster's Minute
Trying to keep everyone informed is a delicate balance. While some of you would like to know every detail of what is happening. Others only want the highlights. As a result we have two different ways for you t know what is happening with Troop 380.
First there is the weekly e-mail, this is primarily intended for our active members, and list the announcements, and program highlights for the immediate future. This list is referred to as “The Troop.”
Second there is the occasional e-mail, that is designed for our alumni members. Here we list the highlights of what has been happening with the Troop, and any updates we get from our Alumni members. This list is refered to as “Alumni”.
Anyone may subscribe to either (or any other list we may generate) at http://www.troop380.net/cgi-bin/dada/mail.cgi.
The internet provides a great way for you to stay informed about the Troop. While there is always some information that we are unable to post for the public, please let me know if you want more information. Use the contact us link at the bottom of the home page of Troop380.net for more information.
The troop calendar is located at http://www.troop380.net/filing_cabinet/calendar/calendar.html. This is updated regularly as dates and locations of events change.
Quartermaster Quarter Minute
OK now the “bad news”...It’s time again for my annual plea—If you have ANY Troop equipment at home (regardless of when you acquired it, what condition it is in, or any other extenuating circumstances, we would like it back. We have a lot of money invested in equipment, and some of it very expensive.
