Trailblazers

The trailblazer award in Troop 380 or Crew 2380 was created to award outstanding youth and adult members who exemplify selflessness work toward encouraging each Scout to reach for their goals. This award can not be "earned" but is rather given. The leaders of the unit award the youth, while the youth award the leaders. Since it's inception in 1997, the awarding of the Trailblazer is a highlight which can occur at any time.
