Photo Release / Contact Info Form

Posted on Oct 8 2018 - 8:07pm

This past March when membership dues were paid, everyone should have filled out the Annual Photo Release and Activity Permission form.  However, this was overlooked.  Please fill this out as soon as possible and return to the Scoutmaster.  Some were handed out at the meeting last week and the form is attached to this announcement. You can also find it under the "Files" link  on the left menu.  Going forward, we will require these annually when the dues are paid in March.

Backpacking and Camping Equipment

Posted on Jun 11 2018 - 7:34pm

It's always a great time to properly equip scouts for camping and hiking! Below are a couple of links to popular sites. For some, if you sign up with your email, they will occasionally send discount codes. Check 'em out!  If you have questions on equipment, you can ask some of the adult leaders. As a rule, cheaper is not better, but last year's higher-end model that has been marked down is a great option. For backpacking, the smaller and lighter, the better. Be sure to check temperature ratings on sleeping bags. The Files link on the menu usually has equipment lists.
